Conduct of the diagnosis of the factory-shop.
Before Hirayama will make a consulting contract with our customer, we will conduct the diagnosis of customer’s factory-shop first.
This really makes a circuit around a factory, and any kind of place grasps whether it is pointed the improvement activity and we explain how to conduct it in the factory side and perform it to get the consent. As we listen directly workers in shop the way of working,it is very useful for workers to be aware of it.
Though in this time, we had a hard schedule that we diagnosed two factories a day, we achieved it without fail and we could start the improvement activity with the common awareness each other.
According to my perception by longtime experience, the improvement activity would develop the well place in the quite early time.
