“TPS Practical School(doujou)” Held for Guests from Daimler Chrysler Germany, etc.
Following last year, “TPS Practical School(doujou)” was held in response to the request of JEB Maschinenbau GmbH to participants from Daimler Chrysler, ZF Friedrichshafen, Fullpress, MBtec Consulting.
Instructors with Toyota background, Mr.Minegishi and Mr. Fujii, would perform “TPS Practical Doujou(School)” at our training center located at Toyota city taking the form of practical genba-kaizen(field improvement) training.
Following the training, there was a special lecture on “Toyota Production System and its Internal Logistics” by Mr. Hayashida.
Further, panel discussion was held with Mr. Kosaka, Mr. Minegishi, Mr. Fujii, after the lecture.
With many of the participants visiting Japan this time, having knowledge and experience in factory kaizen(improvement), eager discussion was fostered, especially on the following issues;
(1)Leadership
(2)Logistic Kaizen(Improvement)
(3)The Supply Chain
(4)Change Management
(5)Global Management
The participants visiting Japan were quite satisfied.
