Seminar to the major electrical equipment manufacturers from Korea
Recently, a seminar held in a pair of 14 young person elite administrators from major electrical equipment manufacturer from Korea.
The theme extended over the wishes of the students “production spot management” “quality improvement” “three principles of the present improvement” “TPS specific examples of improvements, etc.”
There is only a truly global enterprise administrator, and it was studied a thing about the improvement beforehand at the TPS beginning, many questions has been put in the middle of the lecture.
In particular, had a lot of pointed questions in administrative positions, about the guidance to manufacturers and how outsourcing will be the consolidation of TPS.
In addition, the figure that I could brighten eyes, and it was stared into a screen was really more impressive without showing the fatigue of the attendance of the long time at the time of explanation of the last “TPS specific examples of improvements”
At the time of the seminar end, without from anyone’s help “helpful” “Thank you” shouted at me in Japanese.
The students will be brought back to the company learned in this seminar; and I hope they raise a good outcome.
I was worthwhile as a lecturer very much, and the day was substantial.
