| Sort out the problems and improve them with site tools. Think with the operator’s point of view, improve the efficiency without pressure. Improve the production line at the Dojo by oneself. |

| Confirm changes before and after the improvement by standard operating portfolio. The profligacy can be seen at a glance. The Dojo has many experienced staff from home and abroad. Compared with the improvement activities in their own company, the simulation production line in the Dojo might be too simple. However, its ""reminder"" effect is deeply welcomed by the participants. The Practicing Dojo makes them understand the reasons to improve and realize the neglected issues. |
